Browser Cookie Settings
To solve this problem you must make sure your cookies are enabled. This will prevent the error from continuing to happen. Please select your browser from the list below:
- Internet Explorer Cookie Settings
- Netscape Navigator Cookie Settings
- Opera Browser Cookie Settings
- Safari Cookie Settings
- FireFox Cookie Settings
Internet Explorer Cookie Settings
These are the two tabs you need to check from "Tools" then "Internet Options", in Internet Explorer. The "Privacy" tab and "General" tab.


Set your privacy setting to "Medium". Make sure Sacramento Credit Union is not blocked.

Make sure you are not automatically overriding cookies.

Also try "Deleting Cookies", "Deleting Files", "Clear History" and checking your "Settings". Clear out anything you can. Close your browser and try to log on again. Click "View Files" and delete any existing cookies. Sometimes the temporary files get corrupted and this will allow you to start over.

Netscape Navigator Coookie Settings
You can also make these changes to Netscape Navigator/Mozilla from "Edit" then "Preferences". Clear your "Cache". Then make sure you have "Enable all cookies" selected.


You can also click "Managed Stored Cookies". Removing all cookies should all you to start fresh. Make sure Sacramento Credit Union is not blocked or denied.


Opera Browser Cookie Settings
- From the File menu, choose Preferences.
- Click the Privacy category.
- Check Enable Cookies.
- From the Normal Cookies drop-down menu, select Automatically accept all cookies.
- From the Third Part drop-down menu, select Automatically accept all cookies.
- Click OK, close the browser and open a new window and try signing on to https://homebank.sactocu.org/.
Safari Browser Cookie Settings
- From the Safari Menu, choose Preferences.
- Click the Security icon.
- In the Accept Cookies: selection box, chose Always or Only from sites you navigate to.
- Click OK, close the browser and open a new window and try signing on to https://homebank.sactocu.org/.
FireFox
- From the Tools menu, choose Options.
- Click on the Privacy Icon.
- Click the + sign next to Cookies.
- Check Enable Cookies, Check for the originating web site only, and select Accept cookies normally.
- Click OK, close the browser and open a new window and try signing on to https://homebank.sactocu.org/.

This error also appears when you try to click the back button after already signing out of Online Access. Once you click the "Goodbye" button, your session is terminated. It is also a good idea to close the browser window once you are done with your banking session. This provides you with a higher level of security.
