Here's how to make Mobile Banking even more convenient

If you're not already relying on Mobile Banking every day, you soon will. And with these special features, you can get to your account information quicker and more conveniently so you can take care of your banking tasks anywhere, anytime.


Two ways to access account information quicker:


When you activate these optional Mobile Banking features, you don't have to use traditional login credentials to view your accounts.

Touch ID

Fingerprint-sensor technology lets you log in simply by touching your Apple iOS or Android device. This built-in feature gives you quicker access so you can take care of business:
 
  • View your accounts
  • Deposit checks
  • Transfer funds
  • Pay bills
All you have to do is enable this feature on your device:
  1. Open your Mobile Banking app
  2. Log in with your existing credentials
  3. Select "Yes" when asked if you want to enable Touch ID
  4. Verify your identity by placing your finger on your device's home button
If you press "No" when initially prompted to enroll, you can still enable Touch ID by swiping left from the login screen and selecting "Touch ID Setup." You may disable the Touch ID feature at any time. We recommend using a password-protected screen lock for your device.

Quick Balance

Get immediate access to your accounts when you enable this feature. No more entering your credentials. Here's how to enroll:
 
  1. Open your Mobile Banking app
  2. Log in using your existing credentials
  3. Swipe left from the login screen to the Quick Balance screen
  4. Select "Enroll Quick Balance" (Please note that some devices may require you to update your Mobile Banking App in order to access the Quick Balance feature)
You'll then be able to swipe from the login screen of your app to see your available balances. You may disable this feature any time. We recommend using a password-protected screen lock for your device.
