New Online Banking
The New Online Banking platform is now available! Complete a short form to begin using New Online Banking:
New Online Banking Registration
You will need to register and create a new user name and password to start using the new Online Banking. The automated system will walk you through the process. You will need your member number, DOB and last four digits of your SSN to complete the registration. Business members, use TIN in lieu of SSN and business start date in lieu of DOB.
Once you have registered for the new Online Banking, you will automatically have access to the Mobile Banking service. You will be prompted to update your app for Apple or Android devices, then login using the same user name and password you selected when you registered for the new Online Banking.
Making the Switch
The following features will be automatically transferred to the new platform:
- Account information and transaction history
- Bill Pay information including payees, pending payments and payment history
- e-Statements/e-Alerts history and settings
- Automatic/Scheduled transfers
With new and improved online banking you'll continue to enjoy access to the tools that you have become accustomed to along with some great new features:
Get a consolidated view of all of your accounts at a glance along with quick access to bill pay and transfers.
Sacramento Credit Union is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal and financial information. Our new secure messaging option allows you to send and receive messages within the online banking platorm.
More Transfer Options
With the new online banking platform you will be able to transfer money from accounts you own at other financial institutions directly to or from your Sacramento Credit Union account.
Online Account and Loan Applications
Open additional accounts and apply for loans using pre-populated applications from within Online Banking.
Visa Platinum RewardsPLUS Points
Visa Platinum RewardsPLUS card holders will be able to link to view points earned.
Improved Mobile Banking
Once the new Online Banking platform is made available, you will also have access to improved mobile banking which will include the features you've become accustomed to along with:
- New look with better navigation
- Improved functionality
- Landscape mode
- Ability to pinch and zoom on check images
