Telephone Banking Registration

When you call in a simple registration process will be required. Step-by-step instructions will walk you through the quick process. You may also view the registration steps and password/PIN requirements below.

Registration Steps For Members Enrolled In Telephone Banking

1. Press the * key to start the enrollment.

2. Enter your user ID (member number) and press #.

3. Enter your current PIN and press #.

4. Register the phone number you will usually call from, and designate it as cell, home, or work.

5. Create and confirm a new PIN.


Registration Steps For Members Not Enrolled In Telephone Banking

1. Call us during the business hours to obtain your temporary PIN.

2. Press the * key to start the enrollment.

3. Enter your user ID (member number) and press #.

4. Enter your temporary PIN and press #.

5. Register the phone number you will usually call from, and designate it as cell, home, or work.

6. Create and confirm a new PIN.


PIN Requirements

1. Numeric value between 4 and 10 digits (the same number may not be repeated 3 times in a row).

2. May not be the same as your member number, old PIN or temporary PIN.
