At Sacramento Credit Union, our top priority is to do everything possible to keep our members and employees safe and healthy. That’s why we continue to monitor and follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and California Department of Public Heath directives for responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Banking Services

Please remember that we’re here to help you during this difficult time. That means we’ll do our part to help you easily access your accounts and your money when you need it.

To help keep you and our employees safe, we strongly encourage you to use our 24/7 Online and Mobile1 Banking services. With these services you can easily check off most of your financial to-dos without leaving home, including depositing checks, paying bills, transfering money to another financial institution, opening new accounts, and applying for new loans. If you're not already enrolled, click here to enroll in Online Banking or click here to enroll in Mobile Banking and download our app. And as always, our Call Center representatives will be available to help members Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. by calling (916) 444-6070.

New Branch Hours

As of August 3, 2020, our branches will be open Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. except for the H Street Branch, which will be open Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Bruceville Branch at the Kaiser Hospital, remains temporarily closed.

New Branch Appointment Services  

If you need to visit a branch for help with business or personal transactions such as applying for a loan, opening an account or maintenance on an existing account, we’re offering appointments for added convenience and safety during this pandemic. Please request an appointment by clicking here. This will allow us to manage the number of members in a branch at one time and will help us meet state and local guidelines to keep you and our employees safe. With the addition of these changes, it’s our goal to continue providing the excellent level of service you have come to expect from Sacramento Credit Union.

As a reminder, Californians are required to wear masks in public places to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Therefore, we ask that you please wear a mask when you visit any of our branches.

Emergency financial assistance for members

Many businesses and schools are closed and workers are on furlough or being laid off. That's why we're offering financial assistance to members affected by the recent coronavirus outbreak. You may apply for a loan deferment (for up to 60 days) or a short-term personal loan to help you with living expenses.
