At Sacramento Credit Union, our top priority is to do everything possible to keep our members and employees safe and healthy. That’s why we continue to monitor and follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and California Department of Public Heath directives for responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Banking Services

Please remember that we’re here to help you during this difficult time. That means we’ll do our part to help you easily access your accounts and your money when you need it.

To help keep you and our employees safe, we strongly encourage you to use our 24/7 Online and Mobile1 Banking services. With these services you can easily check off most of your financial to-dos without leaving home, including depositing checks, paying bills, transfering money to another financial institution, opening new accounts, and applying for new loans. If you're not already enrolled, click here to enroll in Online Banking or click here to enroll in Mobile Banking and download our app. And as always, our Call Center representatives will be available to help members Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. by calling (916) 444-6070.

Branch Hours

Our branches are open Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. except for the H Street Branch, which is open Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Bruceville Branch at the Kaiser Hospital, remains temporarily closed.

Bank safely and easily by making an appointment at your nearest Sacramento Credit Union (SCU) Branch. If you need help opening an account, doing maintenance on an existing account or  applying for a loan, were here for you! One of our staff members will set aside time just for you to help you with whatever you need. Click here to make an appointment.

State Safety Requirement

As a reminder, Californians are required to wear masks in public places to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Therefore, we ask that you please wear a mask when you visit any of our branches.

Information About Stimulus Payments

Individuals earning less than 75,000 a year and couples making less than $150,000 can expect to receive a third stimulus payment from the federal government.  Payments are being distributed as soon as the weekend of March 13, 2021. Eligible individuals will receive  stimulus payments in one of three ways:
 
  1. Direct deposit 
  2. Paper check by mail
  3. Prepaid debit card by mail
If you receive a paper check, we encourage you to use our SCU Mobile app or ATM to make your deposit. If you prefer, bring it to your local SCU Branch.

Emergency financial assistance for members

Many businesses and schools are closed and workers are on furlough or being laid off. That's why we're offering financial assistance to members affected by the recent coronavirus outbreak. You may apply for a loan deferment (for up to 60 days) or a short-term personal loan to help you with living expenses.
