Assistance for members affected by the coronavirus outbreak.
At Sacramento Credit Union, our top priority is our members’ health and welfare. That’s why we continue to monitor and follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
Please remember that we’re here to help you during this difficult time. That means we’ll do our part to help you easily access your accounts and your money when you need it. All of our branches and ATMs are open regular business hours, except for our Bruceville Branch at Kaiser Hospital, which is temporarily closed. For your safety, we’ve committed to cleaning and sanitizing all touchable surfaces in the branches. We also have hand sanitizer and wipes readily available for you and our employees.
We recommend using our 24/7 Online and Mobile1 Banking services. With these services you can easily check off most of your financial to-dos without leaving home. If you're not already enrolled, click here to enroll in Online Banking or click here to enroll in Mobile Banking and download our app. And as always, our Call Center representatives will be available to help members Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. by calling (916) 444-6070.
Many businesses and schools are closed and workers are on furlough or being laid off. That's why we're offering financial assistance to members affected by the recent coronavirus outbreak. You may apply for a loan deferment (for up to 60 days) or a short-term personal loan to help you with living expenses.
